e-ertificates Terms and Conditions
Please read the terms and conditions below carefully. By continuing with the purchase of a SalemStorehouse.com e-certificate, you agree to these conditions:
- SalemStorehouse.com e-certificates can be redeemed only for purchases made online at SalemStorehouse.com. They cannot be redeemed for purchases made in-person at our store or by telephone.
- The purchase of e-certificates is final, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- e-certificates have no cash value and are not refundable. If after redemption there remains an unused balance on the e-certificate, the e-certificate may be re-used for future purchases until it has a balance of $0.00. No cash refund will be given for any unused balance.
- e-certificates are not available immediately. Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your request. Once we have processed your order, we will send you an email giving you access to the e-certificate code.
- Please note that we deliver the e-certificate by e-mail to you, not to the recipient. Once we deliver it to you, you are responsible for giving it to the recipient (either by printing it out or emailing it, for example)
- This is an "electronic" e-certificate, which will be delivered to you by email. We do not provide a paper copy, although you may print it out yourself if you wish.
- e-certificates are valid for one year from the date purchased. The expiration date will be indicated to the recipient on the e-certificate itself.
